Her career spans international teaching with the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and leadership roles in both public and private schools across New York State. She holds a B.A. in Sociology/Criminal Justice with licensure in early childhood and elementary education, a master's in science education with a concentration in Instructional Leadership and is currently completing her PhD focused on hands-on science learning in early childhood education.

In her professional career Jacqueline has held leadership positions including Director of Pentecost Academy and Assistant Principal at Saint Colman's Home, where she trained educators in best practices, curriculum design, and data-driven instruction. She has also served as a high school science teacher, instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, and Learning Success Manager, designing bilingual science curricula aligned with national standards.

Given her plethora of experience, Jacqueline brings a unique perspective to early childhood education. She has led numerous STEM initiatives, science fairs, and after-school programs, always striving to create engaging, inclusive, and enriching environments for students and staff alike.

Outside of work, Jacqueline is a proud mother, grandmother, and animal lover. She has two Cocker Spaniels named Maggie and Oliver, and a blue iguana named Harley. A strict vegan and nature enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, cooking, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her beloved pets.
